Order Information - If you choose to use this website and our products/services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information. To process your order we will need to know your name, address, email address and phone number. We gather this information to allow us to process your orders, contact you with information regarding your order and to recommend any offers and products that may be of interest to you by email.
Love Lily Rose does not store any financial / payment details, all of our online payments are processed by create payments (our website host) or PayPal. These providers each have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. Where you opt out of receiving our marketing communications, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, warranty registration, product/service experience or other transactions.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
